1. Understand Your Results!
In order to get the most out of your scan, you need to be able to understand what your results are telling you!

✔️ Once you understand how to read the report, pull up your results by opening your ZYTO Link app and finding your results in your scan history.

2. Pick Your Products!
The scan suggested 5 overall top products for you, as well as a plethora of products based off your individual systems. I encourage you to just pick 2-5 products to start implementing!
Here are some tips on how to do that...
✔️ Look to see what products your scan suggested that you ALREADY OWN and start there!
✔️ For my busy clients: if you don't have time to interpret your entire report, simply select the 5 products suggested to improve your overall wellness. The report concluded them as your overall top 5 for a reason 😉 Implement them and you will see results.
✔️ For my scienc-y, give me all the facts clients: You likely have studied your entire scan from top to bottom and have narrowed down your top system(s) that you feel need your attention the most right now. Go with those suggested products.

3. Create a Routine!
Understanding your results and picking out your products are all fine and dandy, but if you don't USE the products consistently you will not see results! The point of the scan is to learn and IMPLEMENT! Be sure to implement your results through daily use of your products. ITS WORTH IT!
Here are some suggestions for how I personally implement my scan suggestions into my routine...
✔️ I start and end my day with filling my diffuser - actually, I have a diffuser that wakes me up with one of my favorite oils. Starting my day, I pick the best smelling oil that I scanned for (or one I feel the most drawn to in the moment) and diffuse away. I do this DAILY.
✔️ I set aside the oils that I scanned for and place them on my nightstand. In the morning AND before bed I layer them on. I typically apply to my feet (unless I am feeling called to use them elsewhere -- ie. If I scanned for anger, I know that anger is held in the liver/gall bladder so I will apply my oils there). I apply one oil at a time until I have made it through my selected oils. I then cup my hands over my nose and take 3-5 deep breaths in. I also usually pair my inhalations with an affirmation that makes sense for something I am working on -- ie. If I am working on anger, my affirmation may be something like "I am calm and I release things that no longer serve me".
✔️ If I am crunched for time, I will take the oils I scanned for and make a "scan roll-on". This allows for quick easy application on the go. I combine them in a small roller (I like 2-3ml size for this) and I will apply the oils to my feet or wrist/neck in the morning, at night, and throughout the day when I think of it.
✔️ If I scan for supplements, these I have a harder time remembering to take, so I will set them out on my counter near my coffee maker or set an alarm in my phone to remind me to take them daily.
