I'm Cornelia. I help women who are burned out and craving simpler wellness build routines that actually fit their real life — no pressure, no perfection, just practical steps that stick.

I built my business alongside my natural health practice, and it eventually gave me the freedom to close that practice, stop trading time for money, and design a life without geographic limitations. That life is now in Panama — where my husband and I moved with one suitcase each, a cat each, and no plan other than the belief that it was possible.

I'm building openly, imperfectly, and with full commitment — and I'd love to walk this path with you.
