From Fog to Freedom
My Journey to Natural Wellness and a Life I Love
Not too long ago, I felt like I was stuck in a loop I couldnโt escape โ a never-ending cycle of discomfort, overwhelm, and quiet despair. My body felt like it was betraying me, and I was exhausted by trying all the thingsโdoctors, medications, traditional treatmentsโonly to be met with disappointment again and again.
Behind the frustration was something deeper: a fog of sadness and weariness that made even simple tasks feel like climbing a mountain. I felt lost, and if Iโm honest, very alone.
But as it turns out, that low point became the turning point.
I decided I wasnโt going to settle. I rolled up my sleeves and began to dig deep into the messโinto myself. Thatโs when the shift began.
Along the way, I discovered the profound power of natural toolsโessential oils, nourishing routines, and mindset workโthat didnโt just support my bodyโฆ they helped me reconnect with myself.
Looking back, Iโm honestly amazed and incredibly grateful. Through every challengeโemotional or physicalโI always had something natural by my side. These tools werenโt just quick fixes; they grew with me, adapted as I changed, and supported me through each new phase of life. Whether it was a drop of oil, a breathwork practice, or a mindset reset, they became faithful companionsโoffering clarity, comfort, and courage when I needed it most.
This transformation led me to become a naturopath and mentor. I started helping clients, and later mentoring wellness enthusiasts and entrepreneurs who wanted to walk a more natural path, too.
Today, I live in a tropical corner of Latin America with my wonderful husband and our tribe of beloved cats. I work with women who feel the tug for moreโmore health, more freedom, more meaningโand are ready to stop waiting and start living.
Whether through 1:1 sessions, online programs, or simple daily rituals, my mission is the same:
To help you take your wellness, joy, and abundance back into your own hands.
It all started with a decision. One quiet but powerful moment where I said:
Enough. I choose a new path.
And if youโre reading this, maybe thatโs where you are now, too.
If soโwelcome. Youโre not alone anymore.
