Who is this Cornelia person?

That’s me! I am a German-licensed Naturopath. That translates to a health practitioner of natural medicine. In my clinic located in Hamburg, I helped many people from different walks of life.

Educating about what is harmful, why something is harmful and how to avoid it by implementing change into their lives for a brighter future. During that time one fact became very clear to me - you can not treat people when they do not chose and believe to get better. Together and with simple changes in daily behavior progress became visible. It was beautiful.

Positivity is part of our healing process. It is a decision and can be chosen.
It is that simple, which does not mean, that it is always easy.

You CAN break that cycle. It will take some practice. It will take some concentrated effort and re-training of the brain, but you can do it.
