From Fog to Freedom
My Journey to Natural Wellness and a Life I Love
Not too long ago, I felt like I was stuck in a loop I couldn’t escape — a never-ending cycle of discomfort, overwhelm, and quiet despair. My body felt like it was betraying me, and I was exhausted by trying all the things—doctors, medications, traditional treatments—only to be met with disappointment again and again.
Behind the frustration was something deeper: a fog of sadness and weariness that made even simple tasks feel like climbing a mountain. I felt lost, and if I’m honest, very alone.
But as it turns out, that low point became the turning point.
I decided I wasn’t going to settle. I rolled up my sleeves and began to dig deep into the mess—into myself. That’s when the shift began.
Along the way, I discovered the profound power of natural tools—essential oils, nourishing routines, and mindset work—that didn’t just support my body… they helped me reconnect with myself.
Looking back, I’m honestly amazed and incredibly grateful. Through every challenge—emotional or physical—I always had something natural by my side. These tools weren’t just quick fixes; they grew with me, adapted as I changed, and supported me through each new phase of life. Whether it was a drop of oil, a breathwork practice, or a mindset reset, they became faithful companions—offering clarity, comfort, and courage when I needed it most.
This transformation led me to become a naturopath and mentor. I started helping clients, and later mentoring wellness enthusiasts and entrepreneurs who wanted to walk a more natural path, too.
Today, I live in a tropical corner of Latin America with my wonderful husband and our tribe of beloved cats. I work with women who feel the tug for more—more health, more freedom, more meaning—and are ready to stop waiting and start living.
Whether through 1:1 sessions, online programs, or simple daily rituals, my mission is the same:
To help you take your wellness, joy, and abundance back into your own hands.
It all started with a decision. One quiet but powerful moment where I said:
Enough. I choose a new path.
And if you’re reading this, maybe that’s where you are now, too.
If so—welcome. You’re not alone anymore.
